SHIPPING AND DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

The Heirloom Jewelry Keeper is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping charge applies.

How delivery works

After payment is confirmed, a download email will be sent to the email address entered during checkout. Delivery normally occurs shortly after purchase, although payment reviews or email delays can occasionally take longer.

Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if the download email does not appear in your inbox.

Using your download

Download and save the ZIP file to your device. Open the ZIP file to access the included PDF documents. Fillable PDFs should be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Typing directly into a browser or phone preview may not work correctly.

Delivery problems

If your download email is missing, the link does not work, or a file will not open after reasonable troubleshooting, contact Aggie@gibbsville.com and include your order number. We will help restore access or provide a replacement file.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address during checkout and for saving a copy of their downloaded files.
