Your purchase includes one ZIP download containing the Heirloom Jewelry Keeper files. No physical item is shipped, and one purchase is all you need for your personal or household jewelry records.
- Open the download link on the order confirmation page or in your email.
- Save the ZIP file to your device. On an iPhone, open the Files app and tap the ZIP once to unzip it.
- Open 00-READ-FIRST.pdf.
- For the easiest phone entry, use 03-PHONE-FRIENDLY-QUICK-RECORD-Fillable.pdf. For the complete 19-page record, use 01-TYPE-IN-THIS-FILE-Fillable.pdf on a computer or tablet.
- Save a separate copy for each piece of jewelry before you begin entering information.
Which file should I use?
- Phone-friendly quick record: larger fields for fast entry on a phone.
- Complete fillable record: the full archive with detailed fields and checkboxes.
- Printable record: print and complete by hand.
Safari preview and some built-in phone viewers may not support every fillable PDF field. Download the file first and open it in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app.
