The Heirloom Jewelry Keeper is a digital product sold by GIBBSVILLE & CO, doing business as GIBBSVILLE. The current $17 USD purchase is a one-time digital purchase. No physical book or other item will be shipped.
How delivery works
After payment is confirmed, download access is usually provided shortly through the order-confirmation page and/or an email sent to the address entered at checkout. Payment verification, security review, an incorrect email address, or a technical issue may delay delivery.
The download package includes a Read First guide, printable and fillable PDF materials, and a shorter phone-friendly Quick Record. You may need available storage space, a ZIP-file extractor, and a current PDF reader.
Using the files on a phone
A browser preview may display a PDF without allowing you to type into its fields. Download the file to your phone’s Files or file-manager application, unzip the package if required, and open the selected PDF in a compatible application such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. The phone-friendly Quick Record is included for easier mobile use.
If your download does not arrive or open
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
- Return to the order-confirmation page, if available.
- Save the file to your device instead of opening only the browser preview.
- Email Aggie@gibbsville.com with your order number and checkout email address.
After confirming the order, we may resend the download link, provide a replacement file, or help you open the files. If we cannot provide a working file after reasonable troubleshooting, the remedies in our Digital Product Refund Policy apply.
Customers are responsible for maintaining access to a compatible device and application and for saving a backup copy after downloading the files.
Shipping charges and sales territory
There are no shipping charges, tracking numbers, or physical delivery dates for this digital product. Online sales are currently intended for customers located in the United States. Orders placed from outside the United States may be declined or refunded. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.
